I am licensed in multiple states, so I work with investors all over the US looking to help increase their assets and management of their portfolios. There have been many times that I haven’t had the opportunity to even meet my investors face to face or have completed multiple transactions before meeting. I have one client I’ve literally closed 8 deals with and didn’t meet him until closing our 5th deal.
